Multinational Enterprises and International Cartels: The Strategic Implications of De-globalization

چکیده

Abstract A cartel is an association of independent businesses for the purpose regulating trade in industry. There are three important reasons studying international cartels: they will become future; immense historical significance; and poorly understood. This paper reviews economic, political, literatures on cartels considers lessons business theory policy. If IB researchers to retain their reputation policy-relevance, must engage with issue institutional responses globalization, this include analysis cartels.
